Why was the released moved up when some features are incomplete?

According to the latest video from Warhorse, Kingdom Come Deliverance 2 will not be feature complete until either late spring or early summer with things like the barbershop, hardcore mode and horse racing being drip fed in updates post-launch. Why would they not just keep the original release date to try to finish the game?

Didn't they only move it up by a week? From the 11th to the 4th? Hardcore was months after also in first game. But I was hoping it and modkits would be released with main game this time.
