Can we please get more DIFFICULTY options ?
Ok so i tried KCD 1 and it's really not a bad game, but there are moments when even on normal difficulty the game seems very unfair.

Will we have more difficulty options except normal and hardcore in KCD 2 ?

Also please, anyone replying here, don't give the freakin "get good" response - had enough of that crap with souls games.

They cchanged the combat system a lot to have more realistic styles. We have to see, may be its when you are good in fighting, easier. we'll see. Can't wait.

The combat have some quirks that when are learned the game becames extremelly easy. But before you figure it out it's hard as hell.
The combat being quite dramatically rebalanced should mean less people struggle at the beginning.

Most of the time difficulty sliders in games are ♥♥♥♥,
Git gud lol. You can complete the game only having to kill one guy.
Normal is easy ..Hardcore mode is the only way to really play this game
Many people have complained about the difficulty, but the reason for this is that you are not using all the tools at your disposal. For the most part, I went longsword for my first few playthroughs, but when you deal with an enemy with heavy armor, using bludgeon damage(mace for example) suddenly feels overpowered in comparison.

Yeah. I have heard that they have changed the bow shooting system because it was to hard for casual gamers. God please I hope they left the old one in the hardcore mode.
You play what you want but making only true plays HC is BS
they should add something harder than hardcore from kcd or like mixed like i hated that compass thing in kcd 1 hardcore it would be much better for you to buy it and they should :GDNormal:really think about removing the slow mode in parry in block its very annoying and the combat would be much better without it:GDNormal:

A bow reticle would be great, even if it is just a general idea of where the arrow will hit. That is a good compromise as you would still need to figure out where that zero is and adjust. Every other thing in the game has one, but noooo the moment you pick up a bow the dot goes away. No I can't use the mod, consoles don't get those. Also would not mind more difficulty options.

You can adjust the difficulty yourself with potions. My first play I was not good at combat and used potions a lot to compensate, but in later plays I learned the combat and do not need potions anymore. I would assume something similar can be done in KCD2. Hardcore is not really that much more difficult except you cannot see your health or stamina. Otherwise it is the same.
The only issue I have with difficulty is that even hardcore with all negative perks becomes really easy once you understand the combat
but it literally is a get good type of game it literally rewards you for spending time and growing your character ! with easy mode this would not be a requirement and ruin the experience lol

I want difficulty levels above 'hardcore'.
Hardcore with all 'negative' perks activated turned out to be quite doable.

Partially true. But the second half .... Not really. It may ruin the experience for you, sure. But not for the people who want to play at a more laid back pace. Saying that it would ruin the experience just screams "You are enjoying the game wrong". If you want easy mode or a nightmare mode, sick. Play how you wish. Doubt we will see it, but by no means would it ruin the game, considering you can use the setting you would desire and avoid easy if you feel it would ruin your own personal experience.
