this beautiful nature.....
This is one of the rarest moments in A GAME, where you ride alongside a stream which opens into an old pond, you stop pebbles and just turn around, watch and enjoy nature.

I am really stunned by the level of details and the grade of realism in this game. I am wondering if they had some kind of professional help on this. Because, lets be honest, game designers which live in dark rooms in front of a screen rarely are experts in how trees grow and grass is looking like, which grass is growing close to ponds, how paths are bending, roads dig in over time.... etc etc etc.... this just looks so fricking realistic, especially in contrast to other games.

I am really happy in being able to play this game, these moments are good for my mental health in these dark days...

THANKS Warhorse!

Well said. I too stop and "smell the roses". I also walk a lot even though it's way faster sprint just to soak in it.
MY thoughts exactly. They did an amazing job. I often just stop to enjoy the scenery. Gives RDR2 a run for its money.

Sadly never played RDR2 yet, still in my pile of shame, started it once, but was repelled by the fighting mechanics... BUT I heard that the realism level is similar.

Amazing detail and so many things to do, and people who have played that game since release are still discovering things.

RDR2 is probably better in every aspect except the story and how its told KCD 2 is way better story and characters. Also more realistic does not mean better looking necessarily either.
