Lost Honour Quest (Bug)

Hello, whenever I start the polearm duel (1st duel) with Zavish the guards begin to attack me shortly after and it automatically fails the quest.

Ahh this one...this one gave me trouble too and it turned out I had to have all the weapons needed for the duel in my inventory...including the shield. Then I could start the duel with no issues.

The duel starts just fine, it's about 30-40 seconds into the duel I get the jail icon in the top and the guards just start jumping the fence. There's literally no reason for this to happen as I have not committed any crimes in the area and I'm not wanted anywhere on the map.

I was able to brute force through the fight before the first fight by using devmode to spawn in a Henry's Bane potion and taking him out quickly before the guards attack me. I'll see if it happens again on the 2nd or 3rd fight.

SOLUTION: I encountered the same, if during the quest of stealing the sword for captain Thomas from earlier, you didn't replace it with the replica sword in the cumans chest, then Capt Thomas will be mad at you and the moment he sees u during the duel he will be hostile.

SO TALK TO CAPT THOMAS FIRST AND RESOLVE THE CONFLICT WITH HIM FIRST and then go duel with Zavish. Other guards won't be hostile anymore !

I had the issue where I could do the first fight but then it wouldn't start the next fight. I then reloaded and decided to just steal everything in his chest (don't forget the body armour beside the chest) and steal the horse. I could then complete the quest.
