I can't continue the quest, the NPC Samuel is not active for dialogue. Loading a save earlier does not help.

Same here, but both with samuel and kubyenka, did you find a workaround?

Check for L1 Dialogue Options - dunno how that translates to KBM but I'm playing on controller.

If you don't answer those, the game gets stuck

So - check for dialogue reply options without the "talking"

I can't recruit Sam and Kubayanka either. Can't progress in game

I also have this problem, I have reloaded my game all the way back to the Erik fight and Samuel is stuck in the courtyard. Should I try going all the way back to the Italian job?

After a few times of restarting my pc and going back to the start of the Erik fight I got it fixed. Hope this helps.

I did'nt do the Erik boss fight because it was impossible for me, but now i have the same problem that Samuel is just standing in the courtyard.

I am having the same issue Samuel is standing in the courtyard and doesn´t move and Kubyenka is sitting inside, no interaction with either
