Whats wrong with KCD 2 and Warhorse Studio?

I bring my white clothes, torch and pitchfork to the war camp and then I notice that I am unable to kill Musa.

Can someone logically explain to me why?
Is it just some game bug?

That 'critical save' was scripted so badly. If you got to play that scene, Erik would be taking a dirt nap in 2 hits with Radzig masterstrikes and Henry's Bane.

That felt extremely unsatisfactory. He's a real pushover in the later confrontation. Game should make a stat check or something with different cutscenes in these situations.

Game follows history.
Musa choked to death 87 years old. He Lost all teeths with age but not his habist so eating a raw children was fatal.

You can't kill Zizka but you should be able to attack him. Zizka was like Ketheric in Bg3. It was stabbed, his head even pierced with a ballista bolt but he couldn't die. He was even dumb and clumsy: his battle tactics was to get attacked by everyone. He couldn't die from any outside attack. He died rotting from the inside.

You can't kill Wenceslaus. He was Immortal because he drank so much he even drank from the holy graal. At the end was so bored that he crafted a stairway to heaven seeking some alchool and never returned.
Sadly he didn't have heirs because Zizka kicked his wife's belly.

You can't kill Sigismund because otherwise game couldn't be created since he need to be alive to fund the Dragon Order that is constanly saving the world from evil ottomans (Mur-Ad, Mohammed II the Revenge, Suley-Man, Scat-Man, Ras al Ghul) and Is still active (Batman Is the heir of Saint Vlad).
