Whats wrong with KCD 2 and Warhorse Studio?

I bring my white clothes, torch and pitchfork to the war camp and then I notice that I am unable to kill Musa.

Can someone logically explain to me why?
Is it just some game bug?

At the camp, you can't kill a critical NPC who will save your arse later in the game.

I think it's because Warhorse are woke now same think with the lady in RDR2.

That 'critical save' was scripted so badly. If you got to play that scene, Erik would be taking a dirt nap in 2 hits with Radzig masterstrikes and Henry's Bane.

These pathetic losers (like OP), christ, theyre unbareable. But Vavra has courted and continues to court them on the "kreuz" platform, so I guess it's to be expected.
I do try to not give them attention and just block them because it doesn't help to reply to them, but i've failed this time (well done OP).
Hopefully by the time DLC comes around they will be bored but probably not.
They make a compelling case for moderation/ not engaging with people on steam.
