Hookgun vs handgonne

What is better? Hookgun or handgonne?

Both of them suck because I can’t hit sh*t with either of them. 💀

I settled on handgunne. I sucked at first but I have been killing a lot late game, even got 2 achievements. I think once your marksmanship is higher your shots are more accurate. esp. using a potion.

I think it's more how you plan to use them than which is better.

The hook gun concentrates the lead ball a little better so hits something right in front of you harder, but both are perfectly fine for hitting groups of charging opponents with scattershot which is how they were used back then, hold your shot until you've got them into a close space
