Mutt keeps running right in front of me stopping me every few steps and blocking my way
Even when walking in nature, it's especially annoying when oeverencumbered. It's a minor nitpick but I'm in the second half of the game and at this point it's drivng me insane

Personally had not had that issue, but if it continues to bother you, command him to STAY. You can call him back at time then, and he will teleport near you (much like your Horse does).
Looks like it got worse with the update, now Mutt in blocking my way half of the time...
What if I tell you that it was ten times worse in KCD 1? It was so incredibly annoying especially when you wanted to pick herbs or sneak it was literally impossible and you had to send him back home.

As crazy as it sounds they have already improved it greatly but some unknown reason the devs still seem to be fans of having the dog constantly walk infront of you and then stop so you trip over him.

If it gets too annoying just send him home for a while.

Doesn't Mutt have an obedience meter or stat, thought I seen something in game about it.

That just determines how often or if he runs away at all.

I like it when I do alchemy and then all the sudden I am standing on top of Mutt, if this happens work the bellows and it'll bring you back down

that would not be so bad, but he keeps doing that in combat too (even if he is just passive and does not attack). I can not even count how many times i already accidentaly hit him in combat because he suddenly ran in front of my feet and so between me and the enemy again

Found Mutt. Two things are annoying for me.....................his barking when I am trying to sneak and occiasionlly getting in front of me when I am running. Not a biggie but it is annoying.
Let give you an advice that comes from my experience with Mutt in KCD1: leave him in your base camp wherever it is and never take him with you anymore in the future. It's liberating. You'll see.

He did that in kcd 1 too it makes me laugh, clearly the developers have dogs because all of mine do that too :steamhappy:

+1
God forbid you are trying to sneak. I dismissed mutt in the first game and I’ve ended up doing it again in this version. He’s just not worth the hassle
Same. I had to dismiss him cause I kept injuring him.
