How do you forge a sword for a wedding?

is missing the straight sword guard component. I have travelled all over the countryside and all the merchants looking for this component, but all to no avail. Where can I find this component?

bird nests frequently have different sword guard components, other than that there are some in a couple of chests (and maybe there are other ways to get them that i don't know about)
