Knackers gloves vs Cutpurse set gloves

Which ones have lower noise and visibility?
Asking because I refused to give away my privacy data for cutpurse set.

What about black cap from the miller store, black trousers you can loot almost everywhere and dark brown gambeson from trosky tailor? Better from cutpurse or not?
I mean noise/visibility, not aesthetics.
