How much alcohol before Obsession malus?

So i got the malus, i can’t tell how long did that take cuz i just kept drinking to keep levelling the skill (also the stat buff from henry saviour Schnapps was welcomed) and one day i stopped and bum -3 to all stat, now it’s at the light phase so just a -1 to strenght and vitality and it’s almost over (it lasted a lot tho) but the question is how much does that take to have it again? I still need like 10 levels.. and more importantly it’s a complete reset when you lose it or if you start drinking the day after healing you will immediatly get it back?

You don't get it back immediatly, that mich I can confirm. For me it triggered with 20-30 Schnaps and occasional Wine whenever the Buggy ended or got Low. So maybe don't be drunk all time Just a bit aech day

Just use hair of the dog to counter all the natives.

I Levelled Drinking from 1 -30 in one go ... Used Digestion potions to level Alchemy so i would have enough... Lets just say Would not recommend XD unless you want to spend a few hours just skipping time and sleeping to loose the Addiction.... on the other hand makes for interesting Semi Hard mode ...

Does the malus still start to wear off with that active? Or it totally freeze until you the potion effect ends?

Mmh i see, i wonder if there is like a hidden status that increases or decreases with each drink/time passed without drinking and when it reaches a certain point it relases the malus

Yeah i read a few ways to level it all in one go in some hours but since i actually enjoy the buff from the positive condition i just decided that be always a bit drunk, that of course backfired! Once this is over i will get a bit drunk each day but will limit it maybe i will avoid the condition and just exp the skill a bit slower

Sadly no, but luckily i didn’t find any undead yet

Oops, malleus is hammer in Latin. Malus is crabapple.

If there is a hidden alchocolism perk in the game, I failed to find it.
Delirium tremens is not in the game.
Malleus Maleficarum is not a feature either as it appeared much later, in 1486.

Nah, as a result of my education, I just know about as much Latin as Henry does. The only result of alcoholism I'm familiar with is Delirium tremens.

Malleus Maleficarium means Witch's Hammer.
