NPCs have their daily routine, claiming that they're not there "all they long" is just stupid.
And not every NPC has a badge - period.
So umm, what's your point?
You've stated that i haven't sat by them for 24 hours so i cant prove they are inactive. It doesn't matter. Map 1's dice npcs are available for sufficiently long time daily to catch a game while traveling through the area, Map 2's dice spots aren't and thus they are unused.
Most of the dice players i found outside Kuttenburg dont have money or badges, which doesn't make sense since map 2 is a higher value economy than map 1. They arent equipped to play more than beggars/wagoners. So, the fact that "not all npcs have badges" again misses the point. We are trying to provide input to improve the game, your gotcha comments are a waste of time.
Hi there, i agree with you. Considering that there's a special dice collection process, you would think that npcs that gamble dice have enough money to make it worth doing.
