horse speed stat buggy and selling stolen horse at Kuttenberg only 1 gold

does anybody else have these 2 bugs?

- with OR without any horse items equiped, the shown speed value at the character menue of my Pebbles (with hidden Perk) is stuck at 30, and yes even when it has no items equiped. Also other stats are marked red as if there is a debuff. Also Pebbles ist overlooded, i have only around 100kg in her inventory. The only time a higher value (56) is shown is, when i look at her via the x key while standing beside her.
- the dealer for stolen horses on kuttenberg map offers only 1 gold for every horse. Even when i buy something from him before so he should have some more coins in his inventory

There's indeed something glitchy about Pebbles, but only when you level him up. Then his stats show all weird, when you equip and unequip various tack.

I am also currently having the issue with the merchant trying to sell a horse I stole from some bandits. It's worth 1890 and he still only values it at 1 gold despite me buying so he has 1200 gold. It might be because I tried to talk to him at when he was in bed?

1. Never tested that, I did not need more speed than Pebbles has in his both versions.
2. Not a bug. Romani black market trader does not have so much money. Has cca 400 IIRC so sell horses for his max. His money refills every day or two, so don't go horsestealing like crazy in one night.
