You need to be at a pond or lake that has a "Laundry" icon next to it, walk on to the pier and look down into the water. It will give you prompts to either bath or do laundry. There is one on the east end of Troskowitz town.

You will discover certain places to do Laundry (the icon is that of a basin with water and a piece of cloth, often in ponds or bodies of water in villages. There you can hold "E" to do your laundry, which will use soap to wash your clothes without needing to go to the baths.

There are a few washing points a bit everywhere on the map, most often near towns and village in small ponds, lakes and sometimes streams. To spot them more easily, there generally is a deck going to the water, but not all the time. Once you've found one, go close to the water and a prompt should appear in the lower right corner of your screen. There should be an option to wash yourself and another if you old the "use" button to wash your clothes. It should open a menu with all your dirty items and you just select those you want to wash and then proceed. Washing your clothes will also automatically wash yourself at the same time.
