Just be careful when you fight enemies with any kind of sword or bare fists from now on and always kick the enemy in unarmed fights or they will constantly use an masterstrike there too.

Just like enemies using masterstrikes in the first game it's a cheap way to give opponents a chance by slowly whittling you down if you're reckless.
I find the best way to beat people in fistfights is to dodge and then attack.
There is a perk description that makes it clear that at some point you were supposed to be able to do unarmed masterstrikes yourself but they scrapped it.
Correction, the player can only master strike with swords. Enemies can also master strike while fist fighting, that is just an undisputable fact
