That horse race....[spoilers]
So...when you have to race Tibor on horseback.

What the everloving freck is wrong with the game? Suddeenly, my own horse absolutely refuses to run, it only moves at minimum speed.

This questline seemed a bit glitchy every now and then, and a tedious back and forth between the map extremes, but this is taking it to the next level

Okay...somehow the 'your horse can't carry more' left my horse with literally a fraction of a pound or stone of whatever the weight unit is here, overloaded.

Got that sorted out, but Tibor is still lightning fast and has infinite stamina, whereas my horse has stamina to be managed, is woefully slow AND particulary at the end of the track has enormous troubles sticking to the path

I think its from the Game that you cant beat regulary Tibor to show culture Boni from them ..dont really care you fight him after that and there he cant run away :lunar2019crylaughingpig: and rest questline is good to handle if you use some special dice to win

It's easy to beat with better horse like Pebbles 2.0

I have a lot of special dice but they mostly seem not very useful. I did not manage to win in one single go, and then the Voivode got almost 4000 points in one go. Talk about rigged games

Firelock you can find or steal some Holy Dices..if you never find one... at the First City the Tavern Helpguy (sleep near the Owner lady)have some Holy Dice every 2 or 3 nights he get another so you can Cheat in Dice Game like the Vovoide

I had no issues with the race, other than following the correct path towards the end of it. It took me a few times. I had to let him win, so I could follow and learn the convoluted path, at the end, that is required to win. Tibors' horse is very fast, but I had stolen the best horse I've seen in the game so far. I stole it from the loggers, just up the road and then had the nomad horse guy train it to be mine. I also got some Knight horse shoes and bridal. I got the quick start feat, for my horse (Can't remember what it's called in skills but you are like an almost uncontrollable lighting bolt out of the gate).
So... Noone talked to his mother prior to the race?
Interesting.

The game is supposed to be fun, not AFK grind abuse. :P

I did, but making his horse sick was tooooo easy. It was a walk off homer. I went back, raced and beat him honestly, once I learned that convoluted course toward the end of the race.

Well, I talked to her and poisoned the horse, but it seemed to do nothing.

You can even just not win the race and still finish the quest when beating the guy in the fistfight afterwards and then beating the chief at dice.

When you don't have a good horse by the time you do the quest, just lose the race and move on, it has no impact whatsoever.

I didn't have that problem. It must be some kind of glitch. I had upgraded Pebbles, high horsemanship and I used the poison that Tibor's mother gave me to nerf Tibor's mount and won the race. You don't have to win the race if you manage to beat Tibor at the fist fight and then the Voivode at dice. You will still earn the amulet and allow the reconcilliation of the family. Winning the horse race or not has no impact on the rewards that you'll get either.

It doesn't even matter much. You can lose the race but as long as you win the duel with Tibor you still get another opportunity (and if that fails too, there's another backup).

you can buy 47er speed horse for 950 at horse shop, + use the fast start perk where you can run 10sec at max for free, its pretty easy
