Please devs give us a happy romantic ending with Rosa

Or at least give her two endings: the current one and a happier/much more satisfying one if we make some really good choices.

By the end, Rosa’s family has lost everything and needs a fresh start. Given his inability to pay a dowry anymore, Rosa’s father should be thrilled that a nobleman’s son took interest in her.

Henry is Radzig’s only son, and bumps elbows with more esteemed nobles than anyone else in Bohemia.

He can argue for legitimised bastard - which since he singlehandedly solves all the problems of the world and Radzig has no heirs in game seems like a reasonable call.

Considering there are far more unrealistic speech checks in the game, we should have the option to make Rosa’s father see sense.

Henry has:

1. A nobleman father.
2. Deflowered Ruthard’s daughter.

Considering the situation, it’d be in Lord Ruthard’s best interest to give his blessing to the young couple.

Honestly, after finishing the game, I don't view Rosa as an option anymore. As she leaves, she gives Henry a kiss on the cheek and says "maybe we'll meet again".

On the other hand, Katherine confesses that Henry is the only man she's felt safe opening up to since her husband's death, everyone Henry cares about approves of the couple, and Henry himself talks about Theresa as though she no longer matters the most to him, telling Katherine that he might tell her about Theresa someday.

Not all romance options are equal within the game, and Katherine is the only woman who's given a similar amount of thematic importance to Henry as Theresa was in the first game.

It's highly unlikely that her father would let Rosa marry a commoner man-at-arm with no title, no estate and who isn't even a wealthy burgher. If Henry finally is made a legitimized bastard by Sir Radzig, that might give him a chance. But until then, Henry has very little prospect.

Then it leaves 2 options:

1) Devs let us make Henry a legitimized bastard by Sir Radzig removing the "He is a mere commoner!" issue.

2) Devs allow for the option to make Rosa fall so madly in love with Henry that she decides to elope with him leaving her noble life behind.

2 is not really an optoin realistically, the only legal way for her escaping what her father wants her to do is to join a monistary and become a nun

if she just runs away with henry they would have to go somewhere wehre her father cant find them and that would not fit to the story at all.

The devs were too wishy-washy with the portrayal of Rosa's romance, honestly. Henry shouldn't have the option to say he wants to settle down with Rosa if it's not possible to discuss obtaining Lord Ruthard's blessing before they leave Suchdol.

Henry is a master manipulator by the end of the game, but can't convince a newly-destitute lower Lord to realize that he's never going to get a better offer for his daughter's hand than the son of the Skalitz Lord and the pride of all Sazava?

Nah, I think the devs didn't want Rosa to be a real romance option, but threw a silly unrealistic option in at the end when you tell your parents in a dream that you'll settle down with someone and you can pick Rosa even though Katherine is a more solid option.

Pretty much.

Via building enough reputation, having enough charisma and enough money Henry is a pretty desirable bride already.

With him already deflowered Rosa on top of that the only way to save the family's "honor" is to bend the rules a bit and let them marry.

The devs could make this relationship work with only a bit of effort and creativity.

there is plenty of reason, regardless if he bought his title or not he is a noble now and thus can marry his daughter to another noble family wich owns land themslefes and secure an alliance with them by doing that for example.

Poor Bianca never had a chance. Her relationship was reduced to a dialogue choice that gives a small bonus to a dump stat. And both Henry and Martin couldn't stop staring at Theresa's shaking booty even before Bianca was conveniently stabbed to death.

well, i mean love can get you to have unrealistic wishes or ideas.

but depending on what his responsibilities allow after the events of the story is over he theoretically could travel to the location they went to see rosa again

They are going to put out some DLCs. Don't listen to the people saying Henry has no chance at it, its a game, devs can do anything they want. His father and/or the other nobles can even make him a full on noble for his actions. Henry can be made into a knight or who knows what else. One of the DLCs hopeful is going to be something like Blood and Whine from Witcher 3.
