Everything is a ball

I started a new game and the cutscene was fine, but when i loaded into the game, everything but the npc turned into grey balls

This issue was already reported before, if someone wants to see a screenshot there is one in this thread:

So far no solution, but I can suggest reverting to previous graphics driver or using a different graphics options setup on start.

I believe a person reported this and said it went away after verifying game files.
