Drinking at taverns with Friends

I would really like to be able to drink at taverns while sitting down with a mug of beer like NPC's do when they are sitting at tables. Would really be a great feature. Go to the tavern sit down at a table and call out to the server and order a drink, server comes and asks if you want a refill or not and buy another, and of course by a round for the whole tavern or someone in particular to increase reputation. Would also be funny to see the whole tavern get wasted stumbling around too.
