Edit: I've found the map but I haven't found the treasure.

The map is found on Ventza's body hanging on the tree outside the fortress in Semine.

I got the map during the quest to find the cart............on one of the bad guys.

Go to appallonia and kill the guy sotting in one of the enemy camps. The map is on his body.

yes i have the map................just have no clue as to how to read it or where to start looking fir the treasure.

It's close to the fasttravel spot entrance on the map, just a bit north you'll find several skeletons and it's marked as Point of Interest if you have an appropriate perk.
I do not remember the actual name, IIRC Tunnel in the Rocks.
Make sure to spot another map carved in the stone there!
