Stutter after latest patch

Anyone else experiencing stutter every like 5 seconds after the latest patch? The game ran decently smooth before but I just updated the game and I am suddenly experiencing this issue.

Same. Happened after the patch, seems to only happen with the Local Hero perk, only in Kuttenberg and only when you walk. They should do a Lethean Water twitch drop gift

Literally just played yesterday and all was good but today I faced this annoying stuttering. Currently in Kuttenberg so don't know how it will work outside.

it’s the local hero perk. reset your perks and don’t pick local hero.

bro i tried but it didnt work out.I was playing really smoothly until this patch released and now i am having fps stutter while i am in the kuttenberg.Have someone found the solution ?

Update it also fixed my problem after resetting my game.Perk thing works.

Resetting perk using Lethean Water, then not picking Local Hero - fixed my problem of stuttering every 5 seconds in Kuttenberg.

same, restarting the game after getting rid of Local Hero perk fixed the stutters in Kuttenberg

OMG yes! I though I either was going insane or one of the mods broke my game. This is annoying and my game stutters every 6 seconds when I walk. It seems to be less outside of Kuttenberg

To me it was that the game somehow had the FPS Limit changed to 40FPS for whatever reason.

it fixed mine too with what you said but since the update I am getting a little stuttering and heavy stuttering in water again like I still have the perk

Is it possible for a mod to temporarily patch the Local Hero perk until we have an official fix?

Didn't fix it for me. Or rather, it seemed to for a few minutes, then went right back to stuttering again. So it may be more than one Perk having the problem, especially given how many are similar to Local Hero.

same here, didn't notice it at first other than somehow having difficulties to aim with bows and crossbows suddenly. Took me until today to finally realize there was actual micro lag every few seconds in Kuttenberg. And same, it definitely began since the patch, I had ZERO game issues on ultra graphics the entire time before that patch.

Engine Issues:

Memory Leak
Repeatedly interacting with UI menus such as Inventory, Trader Inventories, Map, Journal, etc., as well as reports of excessive fast traveling increases RAM usage over long play sessions.
Currently it seems this is one of the best solutions to this problem until the patch coming out later in the month.

Stuttering
The Local Hero perk under Main Level causes stuttering. Consume Lethean Water if you wish to respec your skills.

Do you still have this issue? I played for over 100 hours and everything was perfect. Than all of sudden stuttering started and poor texture rendering occured.

Tried deleting that perk, reinstalled shaders, updated drivers, checked hardware,..: it still persists. Unplayable compared to What it was like before. Lost all passion for the game because of it.
