Voice Audio Bug

I am having a bug where Henry and everyone that I talk to sound like they're all in a cave, or indoor, even when outside. The voices are all echo-y. I've tried reloading and it's persistent. Anyone else having this issue, and have you found a fix?

I've saved and reloaded, I've tried other saves. Just keeps having an echo on all the voices no matter what so far

Any fix for this? Started getting this when I started the quest investigating the silver mines

The fix for me is going to properties and changing language. Let it finish installing then switch it back to the original language you use. When its done installing start the game and it will be fixed.

Same here. Restarting the game doesn't fix the error for me, nor does turning off surround sound. There is an echo or completely inaudible sounds...
