How to find Wenceslaus IV in the game?
Best on game's story and lore, the actual king is Wenceslaus IV and is held hostage, so how can we find him and free him?

Nohow. Wait for KCD3, although it wouldn't surprise me it evolves around Ladislav.

they said he is held hostage in vienna, vienna is in austria so not even close to the region the game takes place in in terms of medieval travel time

As @Darth Raven said, he's in Vienna, a long way away.

However, don't worry. I can tell you exactly what the main story of KCD 3 is going to be: his rescue, abetted historically by the same John of Lichtenstein you keep on encountering in the game. Happens in late 1403...

And that, gentlemen, is also going to be what gets Henry his knighthood.
