Game Breaking Bug In Quest "So it begins"

Current objective, after defending against the night raid, is to assemble with everyone else and await orders. Problem is, nothing is happening. Everyone is standing around in the quest objective doing nothing. Zizka isn't even there.

Yeah, I just came here to check what's happening. I'm doing that quest, and I've shot a lot of guys with the crossbow from the walls. I've thrown rocks to the 3 guys who wanted to enter. I've pushed away a few ladders. And now I'm here with my crossbow waiting for something to happen but there are no soldiers coming. There are some shields in front of us, but we killed all the shooters, so what now? I've found also that Zisca and Capon are unconcious next to me.

Ok, I finally passed the quest. I tried it 3 times. It's definitely bugged, but only soft bugged.
