Yes but some are dumb as ♥♥♥♥ and will still stay naked if you took their stuff..unless you have dropped items on the ground they can re-equip themselves or in their respective chests sometimes they can but yes guards will respawn and sometimes will have 25-50% more guards patrolling if one dies
