Pebbles - Still accessible after *spoiler*?

Is Pebbles still accessible anywhere once Semine is out of commission? I never had the funds to purchase the horse and progressed too quickly without thinking about it. Or am I stuck having to purchase a different horse?

A lot of other players have asked the same question, and from the answer, it appears that you can't get Pebbles after that.

I don't understand your question fully. I stumbled upon Pebbles cause the guard would not let me in so I went left and the first horse I seen was Pebbles. If you hit the alt key you can talk to Pebbles and then you can see her stats. She at that point in the game is only 100 to buy. When you talked to the groom you can bargain with him to just give you Pebbles for free but you may owe him a favor later is what he said to me. So if your asking about some event later in the game which I am not aware of but seeing I already have Pebbles which that is not a problem for me. What I am saying to you is I don't understand how you could not afford 100 to buy her or ask for her to be free which is what I did. You can pick up herbs and sell to the potion guy I don't understand people that are having a hard time coming up with money in this new game. I did not know I would run into Pebbles when I went there yet I still had 600 by that time. I paid 190 to wash the horse I even had to pay a fine for 25 for sleeping in the wrong place. There is a perk you can get for picking up herbs and gain items also a strength perk too which helps. Those items can be rings I had one that I sold to that groom so I could afford the gear for the horse. FYI

He is talking about the quest "Necessary Evil" where you need to choose to side with Semine or Hashek

Okay thanks for the info. I have not gone deep into that plot yet. I will have to decide which way I will go and yes there are plenty of better horses in the game I might upgrade or just keep Pebbles. Once I have all the perks she should be a little better.

No, but if you got Red Herring from Trosky you can still get the same perk.
