Is there a way to view unlocked hidden perks?

You can see all perks you have unlocked in the game (press P on the keyboard).
If you ask about ones you still didn't find, so far, no, but maybe there will be a list after data mining by modders in form of a guide here on Steam.

They are in Perks, under whichever skill category they apply to.

If someone is listing the hidden perks, you can get the Hammerer perk by forging several items (a dozen, maybe?).

I think it's 20 total. I am not sure though.
So far not many hidden perks were discovered.

There's one for picking 200 poisonous plants like belladonna.

BD is hard to find.
Gather nettle to unlock it (+2 permanent vitality).

There's a big cleared part of a forest with over 100 bushels WNW of Trosky castle.

You unlock the perk in the first village. Troskowitz.
Who'd wait for the castle?

There are a few. Pebbles, for example, becomes the best horse after you have ridden about 30 kilometers with her.
With alchemy you get the skill “Laboratores” or something like that
And in blacksmithing, you get the skill “Hammer”, which makes forging easier and heavy weapons do more damage.

Lots of nettles improve your stats. (Very marginal, was said in the dev block)

Yea, I thought it will be useful during the siege, and when I got there I decided I don't want to eat a dog and settled on the shoe soup.

I'm still waiting for the cannibal perk, would be wasted meat with all those bandit encounters...
