Are speech checks percentage chance or no?
Anyone know? Like i know its ok to fail checks, i know some checks are based on what makes sense to the situation, But specifically Are they percentage chance or flat checks?

Its a threshold that you need to meet. You can get a perk in the mid game called liberal arts that lets you see the skill check requirement

If you fail once you will fail at any reload, it is not like a dice throw.

It just tells you EASY, MEDIUM, HARD, or VERY HARD.
No percentage, nothing like that. Pretty ♥♥♥♥♥♥ IMO
