Where to get raven feathers?

I just found the guy that makes 'black arrows' from raven feathers. Is there any place or vendor where they can be consistently found?

I had a decent collection from looting all over the place, but don't know where to get more of them.

Go to Kuttenberg. In the area where there's rows of market stalls that include a tailor, saddler, armourer and herbalist. Look just north of there. There are two scribes across the street from each other. Go to the one that is on the west side of the road. Go in the door on the ground level, go straight into the back yard, then up the stairs to the left (NOT the stairs inside the building, there's another set of stairs in the back) At the top of the stairs, go down the balcony to the end. Go in that door. That's where the scribe is. When in the doorway, facing the scribe, on the left there is a cabinet. Distract the scribe with a rock and rob the cabinet. 5 raven feathers. Resets every 2-3 days.

Back in Trosky Castle (you can get back there from Kuttenberg see the teamster along the main road west of Suchdol). Ten in Von Bergow's study (5 in a chest and 5 in a cabinet). Five in the Trosky chapel. They respawned for me.

So after 1.2 update not finding raven feathers in Trosky castle anymore. But just found 15 at the unfinished cottage ESE of Troskowitz graveyard.

Also, in Kuttenburg just a bit SE of the fountain there is a tailor. The building just E of and next to the tailor, on the second floor, in a chest there are 5 raven feathers.

And as of update 1.2 the 5 raven feathers at the scribe's office in Kuttenburg rathaus are still there. The precise location is set out in Skye_Flyer's post above.

i wish it was possible to get raven feathers by, you know, shooting ravens. and/or randomly in nests. would give some incentive to shoot down nests past early game.

I just steal them from Lefty and give them back to him.... then steal the same feathers off him again... but then again im a thief... infinite arrow.

he doesn't have any on him initially though, and if he has them in his inventory after he makes arrows for you (supposedly from the same feathers), it sounds like a bug tbh.
