After that, all the nomads became afraid of me like satan and ran away, even the Baron, I couldn't complete the quest. Everything would have been fine, but when I came to the wedding, these nomads appeared and during the cut scene they shouted "murderer" and ran away, and as soon as the cut scene ends, Semin's guards immediately start fighting and if I run away all the time, then everything ends and I find myself in a prison with pan Yan Ptachik.
Can you tell me how to calm nomads beggars?

The nomads are friends with the cumans and by killing the cumans you scared the f out of them.

Btw you are not forced to solve the cuman quest by force.

go to the camp, punch one in the face then immediately surrender and pay the fine, this will fix the wedding quest for you
