Lion's Den Quest: any way to burn Musa at the stake?
I’m deep into the Lion's Den quest and wondering if anyone found a way to manipulate events to get Musa executed during the trial, despite the game seemingly railroading us into defending him.

Here's a breakdown of the quest for context:

1. After Chertan is stabbed, you investigate the crime scene, uncovering clues like the spilled gunpowder and blood trail.
2. You check the wine, inspect tents, and find the ingredients for Kiss of Death poison in Stephen Crow's tent, marking him as the true killer.
3. During the trial, you can accuse either Stephen or Grozav, both leading to their deaths,
but Musa is always exonerated.
4. Even if you try casting suspicion on Musa earlier, Katz dismisses it, and the trial follows the same outcome.

So here is my question:
Is there any path where you can frame Musa, have him sentenced, and executed? Perhaps by "finding" poison ingredients in his tent or forging evidence? Can we, for example, manipulate the situation to burn him at the stake, or is it hard-locked to always protect him?

While we're at it, can we talk about the Katherine's Stalker side task? Its triggered if you suggest a bathmaid can distract the guard. She agrees only if you solve her "stalker problem," which involves catching a man creepily following her around.

While harassment obviously existed historically, the term "stalker" feels absurdly modern.

Medieval society didn’t have this 21st-century framing, as harassment was handled as assault, defamation, or breach of peace under local law.

Nobody called it "stalking," and women relied on familial or male protection rather than state intervention.

Honestly, it feels like another forced "boss babe" feminist subplot.

Medieval bathmaids werent independent vigilantes resolving harassment cos they were often tied to brothels, guilds, or church-run bathhouses.

Therefor, Katherines modern attitude, combined with the term "stalker," completely breaks historical immersion.

So, two things:

1. Can Musa be framed, trialed, and executed?
2. Can we discuss how tone-deaf and immersion-breaking the "stalker" subplot feels in a supposedly grounded medieval game?

No Way to do that not while Embracer DEI consultants draw breath.
I think Musa is counted as an essential NPC unfortunately, so there's no way to get him executed. I personally helped him but on my new playthrough I'm going to be generally evil and see if it changes your relationship with him a lot.

Hopefully there is a path to ruin Musa somehow. If you find it in your next playthrough, please do share!

Yes we know.
That's not an excuse to promote racism on Steam forums.
OP never got attention from his parents and now this is what he does to get people to interact with him. Cementing his position as a weak loser instead of trying to overcome his childhood neglect.

"Promoting racism"? Because I questioned historical accuracy and game design choices? That’s a pretty wild leap. Criticism of how historical settings are portrayed isnt racism unless you think history itself is offensive now.

The so called "armchair psychologist" response. Funny how disagreeing with a design choice somehow gets twisted into childhood issues. Maybe stick to discussing the game itself, unless your more interested in writing soap opera scripts?

To my knowledge, the first path is not possible or else if it is, the game will end. You'll have to wait for mods to bring more choices.

There are indeed plenty of ways to legally play a game without personally buying it, family sharing, shared accounts, game libraries, you name it. Imagine thinking "didn't buy the game" is some kind of gotcha. That's like saying you can't have an opinion on a movie unless you own the Blu-ray. 😂

And that’s exactly why the word has lost all meaning these days, tossed around like popcorn. 😂

You've been at this for weeks now. Don't need a degree to see there's a void to be filled on your end. Deep down you realize this too, but you're not brave enough to face it yet. So you stay in your comfortable whiny online loser zone, seeking the pitiful dopamine hits of antagonizing people online and other losers giving you Steam points for it.

Youve clearly read one pop psych article and decided your Freud reincarnated. But let me return the favor: your desperate attempt to play armchair therapist screams "I need to feel superior because real life isn’t giving me wins." Deep down, you know this too, but it’s easier to LARP as Dr. Phil on Steam than face that creeping dread of mediocrity. Cute try, though. Need a tissue? 😂

It's so obvious that I'm pressing where it hurts, lol. But I'm done for now. Maybe someone else will come along to give you the attention you crave.
