Oratores final point

Im at the point of Oratores where it warns it will lock you out of other non-story quests for a while. I dont want any spoilers but was wondering whether or not this is a hard finish to the game and its story, forcing you to load a save to keep playing (like cyberpunk or Fallout NV) or if there is an opportunity to actually complete any side quests in the end game. I really want to see what happens in the story but I know I'll lose a lot of my motivation to keep playing (at least until DLC/hardcore mode) if I just have to pretend it didnt happen.

For the most part yes. After the game you can roam at your leisure.
