Stuck in Archery Contest bug & Cant dry food / herbs at the drying rack.

As title says... when i start an archery contest, it gets "stuck" when the npc says "get set". The others npcs doesn't draw their bows and nothing happens. I have tried load old saves, doesnt work.

Has this happened to anyone else?

EDIT: And now i cant dry food/herbs :O I dont know what happened

yeah this happened to me a few times when choosing the highest difficulty,
it seemed as if the third contestant just didn't show up so the competition could never start.
I loaded a save and then did like 100 comps back to back on the medium difficulty no problem

I think the game tries to get actual NPCs in town with high enough skills, and if it cant get a specific one it bugs out.

I tried with all difficulties and didnt work. I just hope that this doesnt affect my saves cuz i kept playing and now i cant do a rollback, too many hours :/

Probably a killed villager or a stolen bow.
Try to rest somewhere for a couple of days before taking another contest.

Update: It seems its related with this bugged quest "Demons of Trosky"...
