Finished her quest. Went off for a bit, now I can not interact with her as a skill trainer anymore. Just the rob option.

IIRC she trains alchemy. If your alchemy is maxed, it's kinda logical.

since the skill option seems to be only one time deal. I still have her marked on my hud as skill trainer who has something to teach me but there is no option to talk to her. same with some other npc like the smith says hud that he can teach me stuff but there is no teach blacksmithing option.

but back to wench if I had chosen the tailor option as reward would he fix my clother ad infinitum or only one time deal? allready thinking about next playtrough XD

Some of the trainer rewards are given automatically, and there's definitely a bug in the game where map markers remain despite being invalid or expired.

If I exhausted all paid training options someone offers as skills improvement or new moves, I don't want to see it anymore on the map.

Once you unlock all locations on the map you will have skill trainers all over that you can't train from because you out skill them. Some of the map icons will even point to locations where a skill trainer died and no one is there.
