For now, I’m focusing on maxing my current Henry, getting all side quest-related achievements, and setting myself up for whatever DLC quests come out. I only have a few side quests left, and a few skills that aren’t at 30.
The game is too long for me to seriously think about restarting just to try out any new QoL and texture mods, personally.
and after that ..replay KCD 1
At least on my and a lot of other people's hand.
Maybe it is already fixed, don't know.
But you'll notice when the map is half-revealed already - and there won't be any roadside events.
Kingdom Come: Deliverance 2's upcoming 1.2 update has a ridiculous 34 pages of patch notes. Sexy haircuts and premature death are just the beginning.

Not necessarily. Unless you have zero mod organization, it should be easy to delete mods that end up getting patched.
Updates to an NPC/item will break mods affecting that NPC/item. Other than that, kcd’s coding seems to be segmented enough that game updates don’t break mods super easily.
