After 144h I think KCD 1 > KCD 2
What the ♥♥♥♥ happened in the act 2 of the game?
It was just me of the game becomes absolutelly boring?
I tried to avoid thinking about woke stuff but I found myself comparing the first and second game and there are some things that just wouldn't be added in the first game to be honest.
Please, let me know if I am the only one or not

Same here. The game loses a lot in Act 2 and I regret buying Gold Edition.
I was forcing myself to play just to see how the story ends.
Now I know I won’t go back to that game. It’s like a book – read it, done with it.

For me it started with doing side quests on the first map. I forced myself to go on since I did the nomad quest and I stopped playing all together after reaching a particular stupid moment in the main story. Quests design is just tedious for the most part and you're on rails way too often. Going off script is no longer rewarding like it was in the first game. Also it's a comedy now.

I agree, but the moment "Ode to Henry" is really fun though.
I really liked the grim ambience of the first one, and you don't find that in KCD 2

There are quite a few funny moments, it's more about balance for me. The first game had lots of humor too, but it never got in the way of the narrative since they weren't shifting tones all the time.

Yeah, so, you are wrong.

KCD2 is objectively better game than KCD1.

Does KCD1 has some points on its side? Sure, I liked KCD1 for its more grounded story telling and more believable setting. I also liked the landscape of the KCD1 better as the map was smaller but also filled to brim with interesting landmarks that could be used to navigate around it.

It's objectively less clunky and more streamlined. But which one of the two you prefer as a work of art is still subjective. So no, OP is not wrong. People don't have to like the same things.

If you played it only for 144 hours you must be still at the beginning. Keep playing.

Yes, I only went to the big city for the first time after 200 hours of in-game time.
Anyone who doesn't take enough time for the game has no reason to complain.

There are enough exciting, thrilling, varied and great quests in KCD2. Even on the 2nd map.

The game is better than the first part in every way.
It is an RPG masterpiece! And above all, the way it was released cannot be praised enough!

It fits in perfectly with the other big releases of the past few years. Elden Ring, Baldur's Gate 3... all great games. Just like KCD2 now!

So stop whining. That's pathetic!!

And I already visited Kutna Hora, in fact it was that place and it's quest the main reason I left the game
