Reading books contributes to speech, so open every book you can get your hands on and flip through them, and read skill books even if you have that skill maxed out. Also try to exhaust every dialogue option with everyone you talk to, you get a bit of speech exp for every time you select a new option somewhere.
Drunkenness takes a long time to max out, and might require to to skip a few days here and there to avoid alcoholism. Keep on drinking.
Smithing higher value things contributes more to crafting exp, but honestly the fastest and easiest way to level crafting is to buy repair kits and fix up all your loot before selling it. It usually works out to a net benefit in the amount of money you gain from fixing it first, especially with the perk that gives you a 10% bonus to sale price if an item is 98-100% condition. You'll level up VERY quickly if you go through a pile of expensive armor.
I got it to lvl 30 at the last mission.
Warfare is bound to all fighting diciplines. So it will only be lvl 30 if all fighting styles are lvl 30.
Drinking and Warfare take forever. I drink 2 Schnapps per game day with Henry’s Fox for extra xp and even after 100% completed the game my drinking is still 28 and my warfare 29
1. Books! Gather them at the EARLIEST you can. Any scribe you come across get them even if they are LORE only for that levels up scholarship. Once you are done go back to the scribe to get 10-30% of your money back.
2. Swapping weapons before every fight- I know this sounds silly but not only will this help you grab an achievement but it will help you level a bit of everything. ALWAYS keep a weapon you are good at just in case things get bad.
3. Potions are your friend- Not only are they an early money maker they actually do have a great reason for combat, stealth to every aspect of the game don't forget you can have multiple potion effects active at a time!
4. Booze- Drink before you sleep! I know it seems silly why would I do that? Wait for the Alcohol to take full effect and sleep it immediately off if you do this you will most of the time avoid getting addicted.
5. Survival- Many people think herbs herbs herbs but you can actually stop leveling this after 20 if you like exploring each time you find a location you get a big boost to this! Find all those Point of interests and youll hit 30 without picking another herb!
6. Stealth and Thievery- This is twofold go to any village at night DO NOT ENTER THIS VILLAGE DURING THE DAY AT ANY TIME BEFOREHAND. Sneak around and follow guards this will level sneak once you have the perk for silent doors go and start unlocking doors, chests anything locked tight but DO NOT STEAL. I know seems weird but they wont report any unlocked doors seems a bit broken atm but they will report a loiterer even if you havent been in a private area.
Houndmaster: Easiest one of them all... Feed every morning look for the Circle over the 6 before feeding. Pet him once in the morning and everytime he finds something. Boom levels. He will also auto level with combat
Horsemanship: Best levels are no fast travel just go from A to B on horseback. You get 10% level from petting before heading out and a boost to levels if you end a trough yes he will auto to a trough if close by still counts. Roughly 5%
Craftmanship: People may think smithing and grind wheel is the fastest it is not. GRAB THE KITS! Armorer, Tailor, Cobbler, Blacksmith etc. Make sure you have the most of Armorer spend the money and get Armorer did I mention Armorer? Grab every bandits gear and repair it and sell it... get more Armorer kits. Craftsmanship was the first thing I had 30 because of this even before I hit the wedding XD
Strength and Vitality: If you have patience pick up everything and become a loot goblin have an excess of 800lbs on you and walk from one village to another. MAKE SURE YOU OWN A BED IN EACH. For when you get bored obviously maxed out encumbrance will have you leveling these two between villages up to like level 20 within I want to say an hour an a half from the start.
Speech: Talk to everyone about everything. I know I know... Why would you even give this advice? Well some people are dialogue skippers. They don't want to know how this person got here or why but each time you ask why its small XP for speech. Every time you pass a speech check its a big boost! So skip the tempting let me just bribe them option. Also when you begin the game always choose the diplomat option speech is always the hardest and slowest to level
Agility: Easiest way I found to level this was DICE of all things. Get a bunch of cheater dice and you get a big boost to your agility every 3rd or 4th game I was leveling agility. Seemed a bit broken but I wasn't complaining. Find taverns that are on the shady side and they are usually selling the dice you need. If you are looking for the Holy dice you need to find the priests.
Main level obviously levels as the above gets better! I will also be making a stand alone post for all of this as well! Hope this helps!
Brew a bowman potion, head to the hunters cabin or to the quarry by trosky castle, grab a bow with as many arrows as possible and shoot the targets that are lined u there. It doesn't need to be a bullseye, you just have to hit the target.
The farther away you are, the more xp you'll get.
You can get maskmanship to lvl 30, warfare to lvl 24 and strenght and agility to lvl 20-24 in around 10-15 min.
Thank you. I was wonderng if that was holding it back.
Good advice. I have been using them for atleast a third of my playtime. I brewed so many that I'm now gaining 50% extra XP all the time.
