thinking of getting it on pc or on xbox

I'm considering this game, it looks really fun, I haven't played the first one. Is it like a sandbox where I could do anything without worrying about a storyline or after I can keep doing things and it stays interesting? Any of you have an idea on if its good on console? My kid might like playing it too on there so that might be something fun together or is pc far better like most games?

if you consider just this game, PS5 PRo and PC runs it the best. And KCD 1 and 2 are very sandbox. Just that KCD 2 is whole lot larger in map.

if the mod scene kicks off for this game then PC will likely be WAY better than console

I would get it for PC if you can run it on PC.

PC or Xbox are the best choice, PS5 is the buggiest version of the game but since modding support is becoming a thing I recommend PC overall
