Cant speak to barber Fiala???
For some reason I cannot speak to him. I can talk to other NPCs but the option isnt even there for me to talk to him (ive already convinced his wife to let him fight)

For me it was "FoodAndHerbsx10DecayTimeWeightless" mod. Deleting it fixed the problem.

Could be time of day bug if mod is not causing the conflict. I had an issue with the Musician doing random activities until he came to his "standby" position, then was interact-able.
