Trader Money
Is it just me or does it seem like the traders are dirt poor in the world like the armorers and weapon traders should have a lot of money since they sell such high quality gear but instead when you try to sell things to them they can barely buy more than a few items then their out of money

They are seller not buyer, it make sense they had little money to buy since they're selling stuff not hoarding yours to begin with
The way I see it is it's a trade economy. If you want an expensive piece of equipment, then trade some of that looted gear you have been hoarding.

We all seem to horde money in RPGs, and never really have a reason to. How many RPGs have you finished where you haven't ended up with piles upon piles of currency, with nothing to buy? I am not really trying and have hit 10k+ I have "best in slot" for every item, and hardly bought any of it.

Not a dig, just something I notice in RPGs
While I agree games are not made with hoarders in mind, I've heard that even devs admit that traders have too little money and they are addressing that in the next few patches. I myself don't need them to be very rich, but it's ridiculous I can't sell a Milanese cuirass for 1.5k when most traders have 800 groschen at most.
They are, i mean village traders having like 500-700 is fine, but for a city merchant to have just 900 is offensively poor, even for those who trade out in the open on the city square.

At the same time it make no sense for a village blacksmith to sell full-plate armor(or is it just me?), yet he does...
In the first game you could practically infinite money by going through a robbing spree in one night, the devs thought that having the kuttenberg merchants have as much money as merchants in KCD1 would make money stupendously easy to get so they just nerfed the merchants. Tbf there's nothing worth buying in this game. Henry level potions and Tier 4 weapons made buying and selling stuff extremely trivial and it is very easy to get the best suit of armour possible the moment you set foot in Kuttenberg.
