Butcher Emmeram, does he respawn?

I killed him after I reforged the guild sword and participating tournaments. I had to kill him He kept participating Tournaments and
Talk ♥♥♥♥....... noone knows it. Except you guys..🤷‍♂️

I did not kill him (unarmed KO was sufficient), but am bumping this up for those who did.
I can only say that usually named NPCs, unless killed by the game through a quest and not by the player being bored, respawn after a week.

I killed him before duelling with Menhard, and he still appeared during the cutscene.
