Massive Bug problem - Please help

Hi there.
I have a really massive weird bug.
I am at the point where I play with Pater Godwin and have to help Zizka deal with the revolte.
First weird thing is, that Zizka is alone with me in the battle. His team does not join even when they are there before and after the cutscene.
Second, when Zizka and I battle the ten/ fifteen people, they get hurt, sometimes die but all get their health back instantanely.
I reloaded at different save points, but the problem still occurs.
Does anybody have a solution? It is super frustrating as I am stuck now and cannot proceed in the game.

It's a bug alright, but it sounds like you made a bad choice at Nebakov when you escorted Capon there to have a meeting with Sir Jaromier. Did you, by any chance, break into the prison, get discovered by the guards, and have to fight your way out?

Thanks for the answer. I did not have to fight my way out. I will try to replay Nebakov. Its quiet a long time ago but I will try.

Unfortunately, sometimes I open the door and there are ten NPCs standing in line without moving, as if they were frozen, or they are standing in the inn without moving and only starting conversations with each other. But usually it fixes itself. (worst when the NPC is important and you are trying to complete a task...) The game has bugs, so it is worth downloading a mod for saving without using items, so as not to go back a few hours ;)

The weird thing is, that the NPCs cannot die. If I kill them, they get there health back right away.
I will try with an even older save and see what will happen.

Haha, i did kill every guard in Nebakov as i tried to take it over alone while they have a meeting xD
Now i have the same bug playing as Godwin

I had the same problem but found a way to get around it.

Download the cheat mod, place it in the mods folder and go into devmode.

When the rebels attacked, I ran down to them, opened the console (It always says you do it by pressing "~", but on my swedish keyboard it's "§"), and entered "cheat_mass_kill any:rebel radius:200". Boom! All enemies fell down dead and I entered the next cutscene.
