St. Antiochus dice are broken and need to be fixed
firstly, i'd like to state, that i understand the need to change the dice to not guarantee a win. I get that. But at the current state, the dice work differently for NPCs and players and thats just unfair.

Current state:
- NPCs still can only throw 3s with the Antiochus, while Players can have every side. (tested in 4 games)
- Description and behaviour dont match for the player
- NPCs seem to have an unfair throw advantage, possibly scripted throws. in higher difficulties, NPCs consistently throw 1500 points at once, never failing a throw.

Suggestion:
- Antiochus dice should only throw 1, 2 or 3. 4-6 should never appear.
- NPC dice should match the ruleset.
- NPCs need object permanence (or rather block the player from stealing the same die twice from the same person)

That way, the dice still is fun to play and the Antiochus dice arent useless.

I used 6 of them for over 100h and made 30k in dice games... they was a unfair money print machine for us!^^

I don't know how they work actually. Some time before the last patches I switched to the "weighted dices" who give me often a 1. Combine that with some special badges like the "Emperor" who give you three times more points for 1 and you will win every dice game (often with over 10k of made points)!

Use beside the special badges (if you have no one) always the "resurrection" version. It is not so rare and protect you from losing your points if you got a bad hand... but this will happen almost never.^^ ;)

All the dice were broken by 1.3.
Get the mod. It just puts all the dice weights back to what they should be.

Using any weighted dice at all is cheating within the game universe but every dice playing NPC does it. ;)

That is true, the whole game is full of cheaters. ;) I was shocked by my first dice game that every npc is cheating. So I tried to use the best strategy against them (the always 3 dices!). After some time it feel boring, because you have a sure victory every time and so I searched for a better option. In the end I choose the one I described above. You will always win, but you won't have the feeling of a sure win (what will make the dice game booring).

The only reason I spend any real time on dice after early game is to build up agility which it does quite well. ;)
At the start of the game before battling Hans I play several games to give my agility an early boost Doesn't really matter if you win or not. But there are a few places where it does matter like at the wedding and a game against that Black Knight trainer in Trosky. Oh...And if you have to play against the Voivode to win that wager. Of course with the course for the race marked after 1.3, that one is much easier to beat. ;)

The Voivode game actually doesnt matter. If you lose two matches his wife will tear him a new one and you get the good ending regardless.
