Anyone find Knight Sword sketch after 1.3 update?

Osina in Trosky didn't have it and I've checked at least a dozen vendors in Kuttenburg with no luck.
Have they removed it entirely?

The weaponsmith Master Enderlin in kuttenburg carried the sketch 4 me
West from the Kuttenburg town hall travel point then north on that street.
He is the weapon trader just north of the two tailor shops that are closed most of the time.
