English Localization for Game Files.

Many of the names of files are in Czech Localization, and all the character names as well. It's just a bit of a nightmare for non-Czech modders. I have to use Google Translate on half the files I look through, and often the translate is off because Czech uses words differently than English, so direct translations mean two different things.
