Bugged quests

It looks thak Trosky area was properly tested. Every quest works how shoult. But in Guttenberg errors in quest starts to show. What errors I find:

where I am in game: all side quests are completed. I have only one main quest open - Into the Underworld. I do not start this quest

what is bugged:
1) Father Fabian has mark quest. But I can only start pilgrimage quest. No The 'Mouth of Hell' quest. I find info about this quest and when I find hole location a go to hole, this quest started.

2) In Pritoky there was quest. One worker selled me map. On the map location there was anothjer band looking treasure. After returning to him he confess that he draw that map. I ended this quest. After few daz i speak with inkeeper (in Bylany i thing ?) and he gives me trhe same hint. Now this worker have quest mark but no dialog option.

3) Chenyek have quest mark. But no dialog option

4) I alrerady finished hand combats in 'Hole in the wall' tavern. And question marks on all 3 fighters show again after some time. I selected drunkard Czenek and try to start fight with him again. Now He always answer he need alcohol to start fight. But no dialog opption for giving him alcohol. This quest is opened and unfinishable. I even try and from 7:00 to 19:00 i move hour by hour and track him in tavern ant speak with him every hour. Of course I have a lot of alcohol in inventory. I really hate when quest is bugged and unfinishable.

And some visual glitchs - in The Devil's Pack quest wounded blakcsmith's son was 90 degrees turned, have his foots in bed and rest of body out of house.

Yes and I have som strange behaviours around Karl with Arrow quest. When I go into camp, all immediatelly attacked me. I reload, get stealth clothes and was able to finish this quest. still everzbodz try to kill me so i run out.
After this quest in Certovka show 2 guys and want arrow from Karl head. I get arrow, go into kamp and again they try to kill me imediately. So reload, get stealth cloth, sneak to leader, speak with him. I must go through dialog reallz fat because i was started to be attacket in the middle of dialog. After finishis i run out again.
Probably you should not be attacked in the middle of dialogs?????
