Finding Mandelina von Grollen after letting her go

I was certain the woman would get hanged, but now she’s just on house arrest. I’m too far ahead to change my decision now tho, so is there any possible way to find her? I heard that someone found her, but couldn’t find out anything else. Has anyone got a clue where you can find said house on the countryside or if it is impossible? I really want to find her if I can.
