I cant learn "mystery of matter"
I had learned "Riddle of Equiliebriums" and my Main Level is 19 and Alchemy level is 26, and I could spend some points for a new alchemy point, but I cant learn "mystery of matter" why? The game tolds me that minum requirements are exclusive for "Riddle of Equiliebriums" (which I have) and also minimum of alchemie level of 8, which I also have. So,.. what can I do? it is a Bug? I already learned "mystery of matter II" but I also want learn "mystery of matter"

You can either learn mystery of the matter or Secret of the Equilibrium, but as soon as you learn one, the other gets locked and cannot be obtained.
You can learn mystery of the matter II instead, because in the second level of those skills you can choose again, but also just one of them.
If you actually read the explanation given for these perks rather than assuming a bug, you'll find out @WastedTrojan wrote.

I don't recall off the top of my head but I always take whichever one give more per brew. I prefer less frequent brewing over ability to screw up here and there.
And there are two other perks anyway that allow for minor errors if you brew between midnight and 4am or something like that. Plus you can get Henry quality even if all you have is dried herbs.

I see... as u mentioned it... is henry quality the best? or is there a better quality then henry quality?

Nothing better.

I always go with easier potions first, then extra potions, then henry potions, this feels like the best combo to me. the first perk is all you need to make henry-tier potions without being perfect at alchemy and you're only missing out on 1 potion for not taking the first level of extra potions

I also play on hardcore and simply using a potion that isn't high quality is something you want to avoid as much as possible, spending an extra 2 minutes making another batch of potions is easily worth it when they are so strong and useful
