I agree they need to get gud
Warhorse seem to run their company based on a list of priorities, and existing customer satisfaction is right at the bottom of that list.

Some people seem to think that this is a recent thing related to their being owned by Embracer Group and "selling out".... but I think it pre-dates that.

I put in a service ticket for KCD1 back in late 2020 and I still haven't had a response. Maybe it went to my junkmail box but it's more likely my service ticket went into theirs instead.
The DLC content was already finished and in game. All they did was make it available to all

skill issue
Clearly you have no idea of how software is being developed.

There are different teams working on different subjects - the DLC Team is not involved in the Bugfixing department - may be consulted though if they worked on whatever that is buggy now.

And instead of firing the rest of the company not involved in either, I guess they are instead working on KCD3 or a totally different game even.
Not certain about the latter - relatively how Warhorse does it - but video game companies just love to fire people after burning them out during crunchdown

They've released game fixes. What planet are you on that they haven't reached your modem yet?

Yeah...And your point?
I'm not a shill. I've been gaming since the 80's. I've seen these things grow from text games to ascii games and on up to where we are today. I ran a BBS before AOL became a thing, enjoyed the multitasking Windows 3.0 brought to home computers and have yet to see a major software release that didn't have bugs.
Most never completely overcome the bugs. Fix one issue and it just reveals another.
Hell...When Bill Gates was introducing Windows 98 as the operating system that would end the dreaded blue screen of death...live...he got the blue screen of death.
If you want awesome games, expect bugs.
If you find a bug, report it.
Don't expect that your bug will be the most important thing on their agenda or that your bug will be the simplest bug and should be fixed immediately.
The game may be a fantasy where everything thing can work as intended but its code was written in the real world where things seldom are perfect.

What does this have to do with anything and when did i ever say the last two sentences?

People who inject even more words into situations truly annoy me

But your suggestion was clear...

Its the suggestion that this is unusual behavior when its actually the norm.

This is half true at most. The same people (mostly) working on developing the expansions also developed the base game. The same people who wrote and programmed quests in the base game also wrote and programmed the quests of the DLC. Same for artists, level designers, and so on. If there are bugs in those systems in the base game, the bugs are competing for time with developing the DLC.

Yeah they don't care about your hundreds of bugs. Just give them more money. There are dozens of bugs left over from the first game released 8 years ago. WarHorse sucks on customer service.
